In addition to protecting the best interests of clients when buying/selling extraordinary properties in the Las Vegas arena, Aaron acts as the private consultant to several billionaire high-rise condominium and casino/hotel developers. Aaron’s life is dedicated to helping, empowering, and teaching others.
As a native of Los Angeles, Aaron was raised around the entertainment and music industries. At a young age, because of a direct introduction through a family friend, Aaron began studying acting with Lois Auer (a legendary acting coach who began her career in the days of 1930’s Hollywood).
In the comfort of her private living room (which overlooked the San Fernando Valley), Lois trained many of Tinseltown’s biggest stars. Her regular students included Jodi Foster, Mary Tyler Moore, Barry Williams, Dick Van Dyke, Mariel Hemmingway, and more.
Lois’ devotion leads Aaron down a private road
Up until the day before she passed on, from her cozy living room, Lois fervently coached actors. During their 20+ years together, as he drove up the winding hills of Sherman Oaks to reach her mountain-top residence – Aaron developed an enthusiasm for privacy as well as custom, unique properties.
Year by year, the mystery of not knowing who lived behind the passing iron gates and shadowy trees – nor what celebrity with whom he’d be studying a script at that day’s session – became more thrilling.
Over time, rather than further pursuing acting, Aaron Auxier decided to create a hybrid lifestyle. One which allowed him to appreciate the feeling of living hush-hush. And even better, developing the opportunity to assist high-profile figures with doing the same.

Lois passes on. Aaron leaves Los Angeles
Upon Lois’ passing on, and after 30 years in Los Angeles, instead of building an entertainment/real estate career focused on cities such as Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, and Brentwood – Aaron chose to build his dream career in Sin City.
The out-of-this-world destination would allow him to help his friends purchase hideaway domiciles in communities such as The Ridges in Summerlin, Turnberry Place, Anthem Country Club, One Queensridge Place, Panorama Towers, Southern Highlands, Mandarin Oriental, and Seven Hills.
Exceptional environments that offered the world-class pampering and glitz of Las Vegas – while providing seclusion from the paparazzi and big-city chaos commonly found in chic cities such as Los Angeles, Miami, and New York.
